Bespoke manufacturing

Customized product development

We manufacture hardware strictly to your drawings, samples and technical brief — from prototype samples through to production runs when catalogue lines do not fit the job.

  • Drawing-led development with engineer review
  • Prototype and sample approval before bulk
  • Catalogue and bespoke share the same factory
  • Finishes matched to your specification

From drawing to delivered parts

Send PDF, DWG, STEP or physical samples. Our technical team reviews feasibility, material choice, tooling and lead time before you commit to production.

Prototype first when it matters

For new hinges, entrance sets, window hardware or specialty stampings we run samples so you can approve fit, finish and function on site.

Production at trade scale

Once approved, jobs move into scheduled production with the same inspection checkpoints used on catalogue lines — not a separate quality track.

What we make bespoke

Custom hinges and pivots, specialist locks, window and door furniture, stampings, machined parts, cast components, assemblies and plated or powder-coated finishes.
